Admins can export project bundles in standard formats from Settings → Data.

Pick structured formats your downstream tools ingest—JSON for pipelines, PDF for human review.

Large exports queue asynchronously; you receive email when ready.

Partial failures

If an export completes with warnings, read the manifest for skipped objects—permissions or corrupt attachments are common causes.

Scope

Exports include content you have permission to read—respect confidentiality when sharing files. Consult counsel before exporting if litigation holds apply—some systems block export or require approval.
